He was thoroughly endowed and so grace found him. Being a governor of a state as Delta, is certainly not a mere fit. From the onset, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, hit the ground running, with the MORE Agenda that is Advancing and Transforming all facets of Delta with legacy projects already recorded.
