Dr Isioma Okonta Bags NADESSTU Merit Award

Another landmark and history was made today Friday, 21st June, 2024, at the Delta State University Abraka, as the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Governor of Delta State, on Social Investment Programme (SIP) Chief Dr Isioma Okonta, received an award for running the Most Active Parastatal in Delta State.
Chief Okonta, who was represented by his chief consultant Mr Clive Amuta, reiterates His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s commitment to activate and sustain the most robust economy in Nigeria through the Social Investment Programme Office.
Chief Dr Okonta, thanked the Governor for this giant strides and urge the students in business to step up and access this opportunities as the SIP office is working out modalities to partner with the students community to enhance their business and stabilise the economy through grants. Chief Dr Okonta also extended appreciation to the immediate past Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, for first discovering the humanitarian prowess in him. He expressed gratitude to God Almighty, for His mercies upon his life and that of his family.
Okonta, dedicated the award to the honour of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
